We often get letters from fans of Sheep Dip and Pigs Nose here at Spencerfield House, and this one, from some friends in Ireland, was typical of our post bag: It says what many of them say that there are little pockets of enthusiasts who get together regularly for a laugh and a gargle with friends -what better way to enjoy our whiskies? We would be keen to hear from any of you out there in the forests, farms, cities and bars. A photograph would be a bonus and ensure lasting fame – at least in our family!
