Sheep Dip Old Hebridean scores near perfect 94/100!!

Sheep Dip ‘Old Hebridean’ 1990 has been awarded a near perfect 94 points in Jim Murray’s Whisky Bible 2011 :)))):

‘”Nose: every aspect has the buoyancy of an anchor, the subtlety of Hebridean winter winds. Thick peat offering both smoke and a kippery saltness is embraced by honey; Taste: big, weighty delivery with an immediate spice and honey delivery; a butterscotch barley theme appears and vanishes like a small fishing craft in mountainous waves; Finish: that honey keeps the pace and length while a beautiful red liquorice beefs up the vanilla; Overall balance and complexity: you honey!! Now, that’s what I call a whisky!!!”
